A relaxing spa experience cut short

The hotel exuded a cozy charm with warm, attentive staff. The spa facilities were a delightful escape, and the complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay.

However, my checkout experience was overwhelming. A rude receptionist made an already stressful process even worse, leaving a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay.

The central location makes it easy to explore various attractions and access transport links. Rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, making the experience comfortable. Breakfast offers a delightful variety, including delicious poached eggs. however, the spa services had limited availability, requiring an extra fee after 6 PM, which was disappointing. Additionally, noise from the street was occasionally noticeable during the night.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It was just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was super exciting for the kids. Our suite was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very quiet. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with so many options.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly breakfast options.

Make sure to book your spa appointments early, as slots fill up quickly and may have limited availability.

I stayed here for 1 night and loved the hotel's brilliant location, just a short walk from the stunning Louvre Museum and the beautiful gardens at Champ de Mars, which made my weekend city strolls so enjoyable. the breakfast was excellent, with lovely scrambled eggs and fresh pastries to start my day right.

The spa was amazing! I loved the jacuzzi and steam room – perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the breakfast had more variety. 😅

There was a lack of drawer storage which made it difficult to organize our belongings.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, both just a metro ride away. The Turkish bath was an awesome bonus, and breakfast was delightful with plenty of options. The staff was polite and really helpful. Definitely book a spa appointment for some relaxation!

Great option for walking around Paris with fantastic value. The lobby had lovely fresh flowers daily, which was a nice touch. Make sure you bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
